Fun Fact.. due to an email address typo, Laura attended the interview not even knowing what the job was for other than it being Mon-Fri and office based. Luckily it was meant to be, and Laura joined Professional Hygiene in May 2016 as the Accounts Assistant. This was a complete career change having spent the last 13 years as a manager in retail. After 5 years in the accounts department, Laura was then promoted to Service Manager in the Waste Department and has applied her knowledge from the accounts role that interlink with servicing to create a more efficient way of working. Outside of work Laura enjoys attending live music events, camping, and spending time with her family.
