ALVALEY AMALGAM FILTERS
Alvaley amalgam filter are a stand alone filter that can be fitted to all suction machines as an addition.
They can be used with both dry and wet lines.
Not only do they work with suction machines we are starting to fit more to dirty sink outlets, this is because amalgam should never be allowed to get into the waste water system. Due to it's weight it will not travel far and can clogg up drains and pipes.
There 2 sizes of Alvaley filter. The size required will depend on the number of "chairs" feeding into the suction pump.
All Alvaleys are installed on a 2year contract. this means that they are designed to last 2 years without clogging, this is why there are 2 sizes to suit all practices.
The charge for the Alvaley is a set charge for the 2 year period and includes the alvaley unit.
There will probably be an install charge if there has been no external filtration before.
There is also an adapter to allow the installation of an Alvaley onto the pipework of a Solmetex filter.
