WHAT IS DENTAL SPECIAL WASTE

Dental practice special waste is broken into 2 categories by us as we charge an annual fee for each type.

Our package price includes all the different types of waste that are used in the process of using either X-Ray method.

X-Rays using Fixer & Developer, Whats included:

Fixer, 20Ltr barrels
Developer, 20Ltr barrels
Lead foils
Extracted teeth with amalgam
Spent amalgam & matrix bands
Amalgam capsules
Bridges & Crowns


Digital X-Rays using amalgam, Whats included:

Extracted teeth with amalgam
Spent amalgam & matrix bands
Amalgam capsules
Bridges & Crowns

The number of "pots" included in the set pricing is determined by the number of dental chairs in the practice

Digital X-Rays using composite fillings:

Tooth pot

In the past year or so quite a few of our customers have stopped using Amalgam as a tooth filler and are now using composite. In these practices they mainly don't have the need for any of the pots above except a tooth pot for the disposal of extracted teeth with amalgam.
